See the pricing and read the Review of the Corsair One Pro i182 Workstation PC. Corsair has been in the computer hardware industry for a long time and is also one of the most dependable brands.
They are, however, newcomers to the prebuilt PC market and, to be honest, don’t have many choices. That does not, however, imply that they are insufficient.
Their gaming PCs, on the other hand, are aimed at an upper mid-range or high-end clientele, as shown by the specifications they provide.
Corsair is one of the numerous companies that provide powerful pre-configured desktops. And now, we’ll take a look at the One Pro i182 desktop, which is a “workstation-grade” gadget if not quite one.
The desktop, which was released a few years back, has a Core i9-9920X CPU, an RTX 2080Ti visual card, 3 TB of storage, and 64 GB of RAM.
When compared to today’s CPUs and GPUs, this may seem to be a little out of date. But, just so you know, these were just a few years ago the top-of-the-line PC hardware available.
However, the specifications aren’t what distinguish it, since obtaining a PC with these specifications isn’t difficult.
The form factor is what sets it apart, and it’s almost difficult to find another desktop that’s as small as this one while yet using full-sized hardware.
Not only that, but Corsair also includes an outstanding cooling system in the desktop that guarantees little noise and, of course, a machine that performs consistently without overheating.

Verdict
The Corsair One Pro i182 is one of the company’s industrial, high-performance desktops. It has a little shell, but the performance it can provide is incredible. The high price tag, on the other hand, may irritate you more than other less appealing aspects of the product.
Design and Construction
You may have seen or used other small desktop computers, but none were likely as powerful as the Corsair One Pro i182.
One of its most distinguishing characteristics is its small form, which helps it stand out from the crowd.
The company no longer uses a distinct chassis for each of the many desktops it offers.
So, on this desktop, you’ll find the identical frame as on the One i180, as well as a few others, including the later “One” Series versions. However, some of these have color choices.
The grey chassis, which measures 15 x 6.8 x 7.9 inches, is clearly smaller than a conventional mid-tower desktop.
While it isn’t the slimmest, Corsair was able to include several useful features, the most notable of which is the superb cooling system. It has also shown to be extremely effective, but not completely.
The desktop is both subtle and distinct from the majority of towers on the market.
The tiny rectangular power button, for example, or the port location on the bottom, which on typical PCs is on the other end.
If you’re looking for RGB lighting, it’s available on the desktop in the shape of two vertically running strips on each side.
On the side, there’s a grill-like design, but that’s not the only way the PC stays cool.
The radiator at the top of the cooling mechanism is the most essential component, since it helps to disperse the most heat.
To access the desktop, you’ll need to click the back button and then remove the top part. The two side panels are held in place by four screws on the inside, and removing them allows you simple access to the components.
Not only that, but the CPU and GPU both have their own AIO liquid cooling system, which, given the amount of space available, provides for an excellent heat management system.
Corsair gets credit for the level of ingenuity they’ve put into the desktop, but does the price tag reflect that?
Performance
This is one of the brand’s most powerful pre-built PCs, outperforming most of its competitors at the time of introduction.
It may not be breaking any benchmark records right now, but newer PCs with the newest hardware have been released. As a result, comparing them to this would be incorrect.
It has a Core i9-9920X CPU, which is a high-performance consumer processor with a clock speed of up to 4.4 GHz. It features 12 cores and 24 threads, maximizing the desktop’s multi-core computing power.
However, owing to a variety of reasons, the most significant of which is heat, the desktop operates at a lower frequency than the actual peak frequency.
It uses the X299 chipset and may be overclocked to improve performance. We wouldn’t recommend overclocking this PC unless you’re extremely experienced with it.
Then there’s the 11 GB NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti video card, which was the consumer-grade GPU’s maximum limit until the RTX 30-series and AMD’s 6000 series arrived.
With 4352 CUDA cores, it can handle any kind of graphics with ease, resulting in faster rendering speeds.
This makes the desktop a powerful tool for playing games like X-Plane 11, Cyberpunk 2077, and other similar titles, as well as competitive games like PUBG.
All of these games can be played at their maximum settings, or even on a 4K monitor if you want to go all out, and the results are incredible.
Not only that, but you can use this desktop to edit high-resolution movies, do 3D rendering, and animation, among other things.
At least with this setup, you shouldn’t have any significant heating problems or thermal throttling thanks to the AIO cooling.
However, hardware that is prone to overheating or that requires more ventilation than normal has shown to be problematic.
The Corsair One Pro i182 is a workstation-grade desktop, as you may have observed.
While it functions as a workstation, there are a few reasons why it can’t be called one completely.
It can compete with the finest PCs in terms of performance, but it lacks ECC memory support and ISV certification.
These and other items are required if you want to utilize professional software like as ANSYS, AutoDesk, and others.
However, if you’re a student, you may still operate this program, although with some small glitches.
You won’t have to worry about software compatibility since this has Windows 10 Home installed.
RAM and storage
The One Pro i182 has a lot of RAM and storage, something you don’t find in prebuilt desktops very often. It is not, however, particularly extensible beyond that.
The storage comprises of a 960 GB SSD and a 2 TB hard drive, which is more than adequate for most of us, even if we use it often.
However, there aren’t any extra bays owing to the form size, thus you won’t be able to install more storage drives.
There are two RAM slots in this PC, both of which are loaded with 64 GB of memory.
Connectivity and ports
The front of the Corsair One Pro i182 has two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, a headphone/mic combination connector, and an HDMI port.
Two USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports (one of which is USB Type-C), four USB 3.1 Gen 1 connectors, two Ethernet slots for enhanced internet speed, audio connections, and three DisplayPorts for adding additional displays are available on the rear.
Bluetooth 4.2 and WiFi 802.11 ac are also supported by the PC, which may be useful to you. However, later models, such as the One Pro a200, have WIFI 6 and Bluetooth 5.
Features Not Included
The desktop comes with Corsair iCUE software pre-installed, which offers system information, RGB light control, and other features. The desktop is also covered by a two-year warranty.
The desktop supports VR gaming and 7.1 audio, but it does not include a keyboard or mouse, so you’ll need to use your existing ones or get new ones.

What are people saying about the Corsair One Pro i182?
In this crowded PC market, consumers often want something unique that offers more than simply performance.
When they found the Corsair Pro i182, they didn’t have to search any farther since it fulfilled their requirements.
The form factor and aluminum chassis are so appealing that everyone, regardless of taste, must admire them.
Especially when it comes to the desktop’s performance. Internal access was considered to be extremely easy and distinctive by the users.
The desktop is very compact and can be kept in the tiniest of spaces, even on top of desks, which is an issue with other gaming computers.
For those searching for an ordinary gaming PC, the desktop may have seemed excessive.
This desktop, on the other hand, proved to be extremely useful to people looking for something that could handle a lot of work.
The large core count, strong GPU, and overall specifications were deemed to be very remarkable.
Users were able to execute the most demanding activities, including 4K gaming, rendering, sophisticated content production, and much more, as a consequence of this setup.
They also featured all of the necessary ports and wireless connections for daily use.
However, considering the technology included in the PC, customers are concerned about the expensive price.
They recognize the ingenuity behind the type of performance it packs into such a small package, but others still believe it isn’t worth it.
The device’s lack of upgrade possibilities and an ISV certification were other points of contention for customers.
Different purchasers have different perspectives on it since not all of them planned to update or utilize professional software.
The corsair one 64gb is a powerful, high-end workstation PC. It has an Intel Core i7-8700K processor with 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD storage.
