China Post: this is free shipping. Usually takes 7-40 business days to arrive. We do not take any responsibility for this shipping time because it is beyond our control.
what does preparing to ship mean?
After you place an order, we must prepare your products, check quality and packing, then pass them to the logistics company for shipping. The package will be shipped within 48 hours after it’s ready (may delay a few days during holidays). We understand how frustrating it is when you cannot track your package after it has shipped out. That is why we resent our confirmation email to you and tell you that your order is on its way
What is shipping and delivery status definition ?
China Post: we use China Post to ship most of our items. It is cheap and relatively fast in most parts of the world, with an average shipping time of 8 business days for USA and 10-14 business days for most European countries.
DHL/UPS/TNT: when your order is more than $150, we will send your package with a more expensive and faster logistics. Usually takes 5 business days to arrive, and does not take any responsibility for this shipping time because it is beyond our control.
EMS: usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive! We do NOT recommend EMS because due its high price and the fact that we lose money on EMS packages.
How to check the shipping and delivery status

Currently, we cannot provide tracking information because most of our items are coming from China (PRC). You can go to the website below or contact us through email. We will make sure you get the latest information on your package.

7. Complete; this means that your order has been completely cancelled because you have asked us to cancel or change it before it was shipped out. The amount of money that has been refunded to you is the sum of the final value fee, the processing fee, and any additional refund fees required by the logistics company.
