Annoying Notification on Apple Watch
Hai everyone. I just bought my new Apple Watch few days ago and I don’t know why it keeps showing me the annoying notification every now and then. First, I got notified that there is an update to install so I pressed Download and Install but after downloading it still gave me the notification again “There is another update to download”.
I got annoyed with it because every 5-10 minutes the notification keeps coming up. I thought of restarting my Apple Watch but still, the notification appears again and again. I cannot take it out or delete it too. My question now is that can anyone solve this annoyance for me?

It can’t be dismissed; you have to select either “Install” or “Later” and then the notification goes away for a short period of time, like 15 minutes. The first time I saw it, I thought it was something I had done wrong and my watch was bricked. The only fix for this annoyance right now is to turn off the Apple Watch. The watch has so many functions it is hard to figure out how to turn off the notification feature. I just saw that you can go into settings and under general, then notifications there might be a Notification Off/On switch or something like that.

I have been experiencing this same issue. It is absolutely ridiculous and I have no idea why it’s doing this! I read somewhere that when you download the update, you can choose “Later” when asked if you want to install it now or later. This puts a temporary end to the notifications for about 15 minutes or so, but when they come back they start all over again! I am SO sick of having to click “Later” on my Apple Watch all day! You want another update, but you never get the chance because it keeps interrupting you. It’s really dumb!
